Staff
refers to all other positions not in instructional faculty or
non-instructional faculty, and management categories. Includes both represented and
non-represented positions, and positions designated as confidential per HEERA (Higher
Education Employer-Employee Relations act). Also includes positions such as physicians,
health care support, operations support, clerical support, technical support, student
services, professionals, skilled trades, and public safety (except those in police
management) among others.

Management
refers to all Management Personnel Plan (MPP) positions
and presidents and executives. Includes police management, certain coach positions,
academic management such as deans and provosts, and vice presidents among many other
titles.
